Your Bolden jewelry is made to last a lifetime — each piece is crafted with care and precision. However, gold-plated (vermeil) silver jewelry may naturally show signs of wear or slight color change over time.

In such cases, simply ship your piece back to us, and we’ll renew or repair it for you free of charge.

JEWELRY CARE

To keep your jewelry shining, please follow a few simple care steps:

  • Avoid wearing your jewelry in pools or the sea.

  • Keep it away from harsh chemicals.

  • Prevent direct contact with makeup, lotions, and perfumes to extend its life and brilliance.

LIFETIME WARRANTY PROCESS

All Bolden pieces are covered by a lifetime warranty. You can ship your product to us or bring it to one of our partner Michael’s stores in Bomonti or Bozcaada, along with your order number and a short description of the repair or replating needed. Once received, we’ll take care of it and return it to you as soon as possible.

SPECIAL SERVICES

If your jewelry requires a special process (such as resizing, stone or metal replacement, polishing, or engraving), an additional service fee may apply.
