ORDERS & PAYMENTS

1. How do I know my order has been received?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders. Still can’t find it? Contact us at hello@boldenjewelry.com, and we’ll resend it right away.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

You can complete your purchase using your credit or debit card through our secure checkout page. If you’d like to view prices in your local currency, simply switch your region at the bottom of the website.

3. Can I cancel my order?

If you’ve had a change of heart, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by visiting the order tracking page and selecting “Cancel My Order.” You’ll receive an email confirmation once the cancellation has been processed.

4. Can I return my item?

Yes, for eligible items. To start a return, email us at hello@boldenjewelry.com with your full name, order number and reason for return or exchange. Return requests submitted within 7 days from delivery are eligible for review.

Please note that customised pieces, rings produced in your specific size and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the case of a manufacturing defect. For full details, please see our Shipping & Returns and Terms & Conditions pages.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. You can shop from anywhere by selecting your country at checkout. Please note that shipping policies and rates may vary depending on your region.

6. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes — we’re happy to wrap your piece as a gift. Simply select the “Gift Wrap” option at checkout to add this service to your order for a small additional fee.

CUSTOM ORDERS

1. Can you design a custom piece for me?

Yes. We’re happy to create personalized designs upon request. We can either craft a completely custom piece for you or adjust one of our existing designs in your preferred metal or stone color.

2. Can I have a ring made in my exact size?

Absolutely. If you know your ring size, you can email us at hello@boldenjewelry.com with your order number and ring size. You can also visit our partner stores in Bomonti or Bozcaada (via Michael’s stores) where our team will gladly assist you with sizing in person.

WARRANTY & JEWELRY CARE

1. Do Bolden pieces come with a warranty?

Yes — every Bolden piece is covered by a lifetime warranty. If your jewelry needs replating or repair, you can ship it to us or bring it to one of the Michael’s stores in Bomonti or Bozcaada, and we’ll renew it for you.

2. How should I care for my Bolden jewelry?

We recommend avoiding long exposure to water and limiting contact with perfume or other strong chemicals. For more information, please visit our Warranty & Care section.
