Grace Ring

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered within 10 business days; made-to-order or customised pieces may take longer.

For eligible items, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that customized pieces, rings produced in your specific size and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return requests can be made within 7 days from the date you receive your order by emailing hello@boldenjewelry.com with your order number. To be accepted, items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original condition, including box, pouch, cleaning cloth and any other packaging.

We are unable to accept returns for:

•⁠ ⁠Customised pieces (including any design with altered stones, metal colour or engraving)
•⁠ ⁠Ring orders produced in your specific ring size
•⁠ ⁠Discounted or promotional items
•⁠ ⁠Pieces that show signs of wear, damage or missing parts of the original packaging
