ORDER TRACKING

When you purchase any product or service from our website, you will receive an informational email. You can track the status of your order via this email. From the moment your order is shipped, you can instantly inquire about the location of your package using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Time: Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after it is confirmed.

Delivery Time: Your package will typically reach you within a maximum of 10 business days under normal circumstances.

Special Cases: These times may vary for out-of-stock products or orders custom-designed/produced specifically for you.

CANCELLATION, REFUND AND EXCHANGE

Your rights regarding your order processes are stated below:

Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your order within 12 hours after completing it.

Right to Refund: If you change your mind within 1 week (7 days) after receiving your order, you can request a refund, with the exceptions noted below. The return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility.

Products Not Accepted for Refund/Exchange:
– Custom-made orders and designs
– Rings specially produced according to the buyer's own ring size (products in the ring category)
– Discounted or promotional products
– Used, damaged products or products missing original box, pouch, and accessories
